Qualifications
- Bachelor of Law (S.H) from a reputable university.
- Licensed Advocate PERADI.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm.
- Male or female.
- Maximum age of 28 age years.
- Willing to travel for out-of-town business trips,
- Proficient in written and spoken English is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handling various dispute cases through both litigation and non-litigation channels, including civil, criminal, business, administrative, and arbitration matters.
- Drafting and evaluating legal documents, as well as preparing or reviewing agreements.
- Conducting in-depth legal analysis to provide accurate legal opinions based on applicable regulations.
- Managing and coordinating case handling independently as well as within a team in a professional manner.
- Possessing expertise in mining law, including licensing, compliance, and dispute resolution in the energy and mineral resources sector.
- Experienced in insurance law, including claim handling and disputes between insured and insurers.
- Proficient in hospital and healthcare law, including regulatory compliance and legal risk mitigation.
- Handling corporate licensing processes, from company establishment and business permits to fulfilling administrative obligations in accordance with applicable regulations.
