The case was successfully won with a ruling of “Lawsuit Declared Inadmissible (Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard)”.
  5. Assisting clients in Intellectual Property registration, with involvement in more than 50 IP filings including trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and international trademarks. Notable cases include:
    • a. Copyright registration for educational coaching videos of a reputable IT training institution awarded the ECC Global Award at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property.
