- Representing a Domestic Investment Company engaged in biodiesel industrial fuel trading and fuel storage rental facilities in East Kalimantan in filing a lawsuit for breach of contract, with material claims granted in the amount of Rp 12,000,000,000 (twelve billion rupiah). Andi successfully defended the client’s victory at all levels of court — District Court, High Court (Appeal), and the Supreme Court (Cassation).
- Representing a lawful landowner in filing a lawsuit for Unlawful Acts by the Government (onrechtmatige overheidsdaad) against the Mayor of Samarinda (Defendant I), the Subdistrict Head of Samarinda Ulu (Defendant II), and the Samarinda Land Office (Co-Defendant) regarding land encroachment in Air Putih, Samarinda Ulu. The claim was granted for approximately Rp 33,000,000,000 (thirty-three billion rupiah). Andi successfully maintained the client’s victory at all levels of court — District Court, High Court (Appeal), and the Supreme Court (Cassation).
- Representing clients in filing restructuring applications / Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) for:
a. A palm oil plantation company in North Kalimantan, owner of HGU land covering approximately 9,444.80 hectares.
b. A high-profile businessman and controversial stock market investor, linked to stock cornering activities and allegations of corruption and money laundering, who was also Shareholder and President Director of a real estate company with strategic landbank exceeding 4,900 hectares and once listed on the stock exchange. - Serving as Administrator and Receiver in PKPU and Bankruptcy proceedings of several companies, including:
a. A food and beverage company domiciled in Bogor Regency.
b. A construction company — also an apartment developer and operator — domiciled in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
c. A construction and apartment development company located in Batam Center.
(Andi continues to handle numerous portfolios related to restructuring and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU).) - Representing a palm oil plantation company domiciled in Tanjung Jabung Timur, Jambi Province in a criminal allegation under Article 99 paragraph (1) of Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management, pertaining to environmental standards violations allegedly committed by the corporation due to plantation and forest fire (KARHUTLA) incidents. The case carried a principal criminal penalty of Rp 2,500,000,000 (two billion five hundred million rupiah).
Andi successfully proved that the client was not legally and convincingly proven guilty, and the Panel of Judges issued a Complete Acquittal (vrijspraak).
