    • A company operating in the hospitality industry, with a hotel chain spread across Semarang, Malang, and Yogyakarta.
  2. Served as part of the curator team in filing a bankruptcy petition for a well-known catering business couple in Yogyakarta.
  3. Assisted clients in registering intellectual property rights. Excel has been involved in more than 50 intellectual property registrations, including trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, and international trademarks. Some of these include:
    • International trademark registration for a client—a company engaged in the production of automotive racing spare parts—with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
    • Registration of an industrial design for automotive spare parts for a client—a company engaged in the production of automotive spare parts—with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property.
  4. Assisted clients in establishing legal entities and obtaining business permits for more than 40 start-up businesses in the past four years.
  5. Assisting clients in complying with labor laws and regulations, particularly regarding the registration of Company Regulations (PP) and/or Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) for more than 40 companies in the last four years.
  6. Assisting clients in applying for Distribution Permit Numbers and Halal Certificates for more than 40 leading food and beverage (F&B) products in Indonesia, franchise permits, multi-level marketing/MLM business permits (Direct Selling Business Permit/SIUPL), etc. in the last four years.
  7. Assisted a client, a primary bus and truck dealer for a Japanese vehicle manufacturer, in handling various fraud cases and disputes in sales transactions, including with buyers, financing institutions, body builders, etc., with a total recovery of over IDR 10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah) in the past year.
  8. Involved in defending clients in over 100 pro bono projects in the past two years. For example, Exsel successfully defended a client charged by the prosecutor with a five-year prison sentence, and obtained a verdict that the client, who was a drug addict and entitled to rehabilitation, had his prison sentence reduced to just two years at all levels of court.
